3.11 For qualify reasons we hide profiles of those users who have not visit their profile for more than 6 months. If you want to continue using the Service in this case, please, login and click "Show my profile" on "My home" page.

6. Membership and Payments

Registered User can use some services free of charge. In order to access additional features they must purchase membership and become a Premium member.
Some new features on the site can be in the process of testing, and they can be free now. After the period of testing is over they can be made available only for Premium members.
Periods of membership and their corresponding fees are located at the `Prices page. These periods of membership are subject to change, which changes will be posted on the page of the Website.

In the case of suspicious payment activity, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend payment via your credit card and/or request additional information from you.
There are two Premium membership on the Website: Gold and Platinum. Only the latter may hide their being online on the site and highlight their profile. Information about features included into membership plans is available at Prices page.
The activation of a Premium membership occurs a few moments after a valid transaction has been completed.

7. Renewals

In order to provide continuous service, Network automatically renews all paid subscriptions for the Services on the date such subscriptions expire. Such automatic renewals are for the same duration as the original subscription term (for example, a 1-month subscription will renew on a monthly basis, a 3-month subscription will renew on a 3-month basis, and so on). By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that your account will be subject to the above-described automatic renewals. If you do not wish your account to renew automatically, you may cancel automatic renewal of membership at least 2 days prior to renewal by clicking the link 'Cancel subscription' on the main page of the Site or in 'My Settings' or by contacting the Support.
If you have paid through paysite-cash.biz you can cancel your subscriptions on that site or view the listing of the payments made using a given credit card number in Paysite Cash Cardholder Support .

8. Refunds and Chargebacks

All refunds are made at manager's discretion. The client is not entitled for refund if he has breached the terms of use or for unused subscription fees if he has terminated membership himself. In all other cases, please, contact Support .
The company will pursue chargebacks perceived as friendly fraud to the full extent of the law. You are liable for payment, as well as processing and legal fees. We will attempt to recover fraudulently disputed charges plus additional costs via a third-party collection agency.

9. Termination, Suspension and Cancelling

You can terminate your membership at any time in your My Settings or via a notice to Support. Termination by you won't entitle you to any reimbursement.
The Website may terminate your membership in the case, when you breached the Agreement, or the Administration has the reasons to believe, that the information in the profile is false and you refuse to send the verification, or in the case of multiple complaints of other users on your misbehavior. If The Website terminates your membership for the Service for the reason that you have breached the Agreement, you won't be entitled to any refund.
Even after the membership on the Website is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect.

10. Special Termination rules

Right of Withdrawal for German Residents Only
- You may cancel your Free or Premium Membership for any reason within two weeks of registration or purchasing the membership. In this case, please, contact Support and state clear your decision to withdraw from this contract. Your membership will be terminated within 1 day and the payment will be refunded. The User shall be obliged to restore any benefits received.
- In accordance with §312d Par. 3 BGB (German Civil Code), the Users right of termination will lapse prior to the two week period if the Company has begun performing the services with the express consent of the User or the User has begun using the purchased services.

Termination Rights of a resident of the European Union, but not a resident of Germany
- if you have not commenced to use the Service and a 'consumer' as defined in the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000, you may terminate your Premium membership within seven working days of registering and have full refund. This is applicable to you if you have not sent any messages to other Registered Users and have not read any messages from them. For termination and refund , please, apply to Support.

- You may terminate your Premium membership within 3 working days after your payment. For cancelling your subscription and refund, please contact the Support.

11. Obligation for Users

You must not use the Website when applicable laws do not allow you to do so.
When using the Website, the Member undertakes to comply with these Terms of Use.
You must respect the intellectual property rights relating to information and content supplied by Company and by other Registered Users

12. Safety

It is Registered User responsibility to keep their password and entry codes confidential and do not share or make accessible them to any third party.
